Board of Agency: The governing body of the Agency is a Board consisting of a Chairman and various members appointed by the President, with expertise in meteorology, climatology, and climate change. Meeting Procedures: The Board is required to meet at least three times a year, with the Chairman presiding. Special meetings can be convened upon the request of at least three members. Decision Making: Decisions of the Board are made through meetings or written agreements circulated among members and agreed to by a two-thirds majority. The Chairman or presiding member has a casting vote in case of a tie. Conflict of Interest: Members of the Board must disclose any interest in matters under consideration, and failure to do so constitutes misconduct and may result in removal from the Board.
