Being an Act to amend the Constitution of Sierra Leone, 1991 to provide for the use of the existing register of voters for bye-elections where the register of voters has not been reviewed or revised in accordance with subsection (8) of section 38. Amends the Constitution of Sierra Leone, 1991 (Act No. 6 of 1991).
