1. Section 14 of the National Social Security and Insurance
Trust Act, 2001 is amended in subsection (1), by the repeal and
replacement of that subsection with the following new subsection-
“(1) The Trust shall also, subject to such terms and
conditions as the Board shall determine, have two Deputy
Director-Generals, one of whom shall be responsible for
administration and the other for operations, an InternalAuditor and such other officers and staff including the
inspectors referred to in section 58, as it considers

Members must disclose any interest in matters under consideration and refrain from participating in related deliberations.
Failure to comply constitutes misconduct and may result in removal from the Council.
Immunity and Liability:
Members of the Council have immunity from legal action for acts performed in good faith within their functions.
Members are not personally liable for Council debts or obligations.
