About this Act

The Investment Promotion Act, 2004 is a law of Sierra Leone from 2004. On Lanbuk it is kept with the public law statutes.

The long title says the Act was passed to * searchable [No. 10 of 2004] Being an Act to promote and attract private investment both domestic and foreign for the development of production and value added activities, to improve exports and provide employment opportunities, and generally to create an environment conducive to private investment and to provide for other related matters.

Repeals the Non-Citizens (Trade and Business) Act, 1969.
