The Fourah Bay College (Transfer of Rights, Property and Liabilities) Ordinance, 1960 is a law of Sierra Leone (ordinance) from 1960. It is cited as Cap. 106. On Lanbuk it is kept with the education statutes.
The long title says the Ordinance was passed to dissolve the Fourah Bay College Founded in 1827 and Reconstituted under an Ordinance known as the Fourah Bay College Ordinance, 1950, and to transfer all Rights, Property and Liabilities of that College to " Fourah Bay College-the University College of Sierra Leone " and for Purposes connected therewith.
